we heard brad roodt's track on the durban underground cd a while back and immediately liked what we heard. we tracked the poor man down in london and demanded a mix in no uncertain terms. he obliged with this one which blew us away and then a second which he preferred but we didn't but were very grateful for anyway. damn fine i tell you! www.cocktailweightless.co.za
tech list:
started out with modtrackers (early 4 track sequencers using mono 8 bit samples). around '94, bought an awe32 soundcard, cakewalk 3.0 and also a CZ101 synth, fed thru a zoom stomp box. later added a CS1x and a SBLive soundcard. software used - mainly cool edit, vienna and sonar.
